Updates

29.1.14

Hello everyone!!! I know I have not posted recently but that's because I have been really busy with school. I know, I know, that's what I always say, and I'm a homeschooler right? We're not supposed have that much work. AND everyone's been having LOTS of snow days. Well, the truth is, we homeschoolers NEVER get a break! Because we're always home and our moms are our teachers, they think, "Oh, let's not waste all this precious time and do some work!" Winter break, Spring break, snow days, and EVEN Summer break - it's all work, work, WORK!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously my mom teaches me so I have homework from her, and then I participate in a CO-OP twice every week and then I have homework from them due every time we meet, and then I have to practice my piano, and I am also learning to read, write, and speak Arabic so I have to practice that, and then I have to read daily in Spanish, AND on top of all of that I have my blog and Youtube channel to catch up with (and I'm not saying blogging and making videos is a chore for me, but it is VERY time consuming, so don't expect me to post everyday or anything like that).
Advantages of homeschooling:
Going to bed late
Waking up late
Being able to spend time with your family more often

Disadvantages of homeschooling:
No breaks
TOO MUCH WORK AND NO END IN SIGHT!!!!!!!!

I am so sorry about venting in  this HUMONGOUS paragraph, but honestly, venting to your friends you see almost everyday can get a little boring. :) Truthfully, I'm feeling a bit better.

Again, I'm soooo sorry I haven't been posting, I'm just really stressed out with all this work :(
but I hope you guys understand. :).
Now onto the real updates!

I have noticed that a lot of people haven't been commenting recently. I mean honestly, I got more comments when I had 5 followers than 18!! So here's the plan (starting next time I post):
At the end of each post I'm going to request X number of comments and you guys will have to comment at least that many times before I will post again. For example (excuse me for using your names people:):

So, I want 3 comments before I post again! :)

Comments:

Melody Silverleaf: Nice post! I will definitely be making this!

Amaya Paes: Love it! Please do a book review on Into The Land Of The Unicorns; I want to know what it's about. :)

Marissa AG: Keep up the good work!

Katie Peters: Nice! Please teach us how to do the hairstyle Saige has!

You see? I have at least 3 comments and now I can do another post (yes, I do like to complement myself:)!
This way, I know that people are actually looking at my blog and not just waiting for the giveaways.
Speaking of giveaways.......

I have several giveaways planned from February until April, but they are all American Girl related.
Since I recently changed my name because I have decided that this blog should not only be about my AG dolls but my daily life, do you guys still want AG doll stuff giveaways or another things (jewelry, overseas photos, books, movies, etc.)
Please let me know in the comments. :)

As I just mentioned, my blog will now not only be about AG dolls, but my life. Such as: where I've been recently, jewelry, polymer clay things, etc. I hope you guys will enjoy this change and not decide to leave. :)
I WILL still be posting about AG dolls, just not all the time.

P.S. I'm sorry you had to read this whole post without seeing a single photo, so here's something to brighten up your day. :)

I just recently got this ADORABLE outfit from Song Of Hope.
I am hopefully going to post a photo shoot with this tomorrow. :)
More on the story later. I also have an opening video. Stick around for it! :)

  1. So very true, no snow days when you are homeschooled. But you get to learn some additional subjects that others don't...Arabic for one. Love that.

Looking forward to your next post.
