Things A New Year Brings

31.12.14

Yes, yes, I know I haven't posted in forever, and I truly am sorry. But I promise I will begin to post more often from now on.

Anyways, today is New Year's eve!! 2014 has flown by, and I didn't even notice! In honor of this brand new year I have written a poem to celebrate.

Things a New Year Brings

The things
a new year brings.
A night
like no other.
Wishes, hopes,
and memories.
The old ones
will
never cease.
But the new
Ones will be
Stronger.
Wishes, hopes,
and memories.
Love, laughter
and life.
Things a new year
brings.
Things that will never
cease.

  2. Lovely photo, Aliah! I hope you have a wonderful and splendid New Year! We are experiencing incunabula; the first traces of anything. I think I spelled it right, I'm not sure. But this was the first thing I read when I read my dictionary app (I love learning new words) and it does describe the New Year. I hope you have an awesome 2015!

    xoxo Morning

  3. Nice post! ;) Hey, just wondering, are you gonna continue the Writing Challenge or is it over? I'd just like to know because if it's over I want to continue my story on my own. So, thanks. ;)
